Setting Up FedEx International Shipping

Overview

This guide covers how to set up international shipping with FedEx in StoreFeeder. Most of the setup is handled by the support team, but you need to provide some information and contact FedEx to enable a few things first.

Before you begin

You must have a fully configured FedEx integration in StoreFeeder before proceeding. See the guide "How to Integrate with FedEx" for setup instructions.

Set up FedEx international shipping

1. Contact FedEx support and ask them to enable the document upload service for your account.

2. Prepare two images: a signature and a letterhead.

   • The signature can be a scanned image of your handwritten signature — this is used to sign customs documentation.
   • The letterhead can be your company logo.
   • Both images must fit within the maximum dimensions: 750px wide and 50px tall.
3. Send both images to the StoreFeeder support team. They will upload them to FedEx and contact you once complete.
4. Set up shipping methods and shipping rules for your FedEx services so StoreFeeder knows which orders to ship via FedEx and which services to use. See "Creating a Shipping Method" for more information.
