APC Order Collection Date
Overview
This guide explains how StoreFeeder determines the APC collection date and how to configure your cut-off times to get same-day collections.
How collection dates are calculated
APC is one of the few couriers for which StoreFeeder books collections automatically. The collection date is based on the courier cut-off times configured for your APC integration.
If no cut-off times are set, the collection date defaults to the next working day.
Configuring cut-off times for same-day collections
- Go to Settings in StoreFeeder and open your APC integration.
- Select the Courier Cut-Off Time tab and click Edit.
- Set your collection times in the pop-up. Orders despatched within these times receive a same-day collection label; orders despatched after the cut-off receive a next-day collection label.

Troubleshooting
Orders are still showing next-day collection after setting cut-off times
APC requires that the warehouse address in StoreFeeder exactly matches the address registered with APC, including capitalisation. Check your warehouse address in StoreFeeder and ensure it is an exact match.
If you have not filled in the Sender Name field on your warehouse address, StoreFeeder uses your Company Identity name instead. Make sure the Sender Name is filled in accurately so that it matches what APC has on record.
