Setting up a Whistl Integration

Overview

This guide explains how to connect Whistl to your StoreFeeder account to create labels for Whistl Domestic and International services.

Before you begin

You need an existing Whistl account and the following credentials from your Whistl account manager:

• API Username
• API Password
• Account ID

Setting up a Whistl integration

1. Open the Integration Manager. Go to Settings and click + New Integration in the top-right corner.
2. Select the Courier option from the pop-up.

1. Select Whistl from the list of available carriers.

1. Name the integration and click + Add Integration.

1. Enter your credentials. In the Courier API Settings section, add your API Username, API Password, and Account ID.

1. Save the integration by clicking Save at the bottom of the page.
2. Download your account services. Click the Download Account Services button to import all available services on your Whistl account into StoreFeeder.

Your Whistl integration is now active. Add shipping methods for the services you need to start despatching orders.
