Integrating with Evri Business (Hermes Business)

Overview

This guide explains how to connect Evri business (formerly Hermes business) to your StoreFeeder account using SIT/PROD credentials.

Before you begin

Check your credentials document. If it lists SIT/PROD credentials, follow this guide to create a Hermes integration. If you do not have SIT/PROD credentials, refer to the How to integrate with Evri article instead.

Connecting Hermes to StoreFeeder

1. Open the Integration Manager. Click Settings in the top-right corner of the page, then click New Integration.

1. Select Courier as the integration type.

1. Select Hermes from the courier list.

1. Set a profile name for the integration and click + Add Integration.

1. Configure the integration. On the Integration Details page, select your Company Identity from the drop-down and update the Profile Name if needed.

2. Enter your SIT (test) credentials. In the Courier API Settings section, enter the following details from Hermes/Evri:

   • API Username
   • API Password
   • Account Client ID
   • Account Client Name

1. Save the integration by clicking Save.

Activating test and live credentials

After saving, contact StoreFeeder support so they can enable your Hermes account to use the SIT credentials and generate a test label to send to Hermes.

Once the test label is approved, contact StoreFeeder support again to switch the integration to PROD (live) credentials. Replace the SIT credentials with your PROD credentials at that point.
