Overview
This article explains how to override the courier name and service details that StoreFeeder sends to a channel, so they match the channel's internal records.
Info: Only Amazon and Shopify are supported at this time.
Override channel shipping service settings
- Open the shipping method settings for the relevant shipping method.
- Locate the Override Channel Shipping Service section.
- Enter the exact values StoreFeeder should send for each relevant field. Fields that do not apply to a particular channel are greyed out.

For Shopify, only the Carrier Name field is available:
- Enter the carrier name exactly as Shopify expects it.
For Amazon, you need to provide:
- Carrier Code — Amazon requires a specific code for each carrier. A list of valid carrier codes for Amazon is available in the StoreFeeder knowledge base under "Valid Carrier Codes for Amazon".
- Custom shipping method name — the service name Amazon should display.

- Save the shipping method settings. StoreFeeder uses these override values when uploading despatch information to the channel.
