Integrating with DHL Express

Overview

This guide explains how to connect your DHL Express account to StoreFeeder.

Before you begin

You may need to register for a DHL developer account at https://developer.dhl.com/user/register.

If you are an existing DHL Express XML user who registered via the XML Portal, follow the migration instructions at https://developer.dhl.com/dhl-express-xml-developer-portal-sunset. It is also recommended to notify your DHL account manager about the migration.

Add the DHL Express integration

1. Go to Settings in the top right corner, then select Your Integrations.

   

2. On the Integration Manager page, find DHL Express and select Edit/View Integration.

   If DHL Express is not listed, select + New Integration to create one.

   

3. If you are creating a new integration, select Courier and then DHL Express when prompted.

   

   

   Enter a name for the integration, select the DHL Express store you sell through, and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Then select + Add Integration.

Configure the integration

On the Integration Details page for DHL Express, enter your DHL Account Number, XML Services Site ID, and Site Password in the Courier API Settings section.

Select Save to complete the setup.
