Integrating with DHL Parcel UK

Overview

This guide explains how to connect DHL Parcel UK to your StoreFeeder account so you can generate shipping labels.

Connecting DHL Parcel UK to StoreFeeder

1. Open the Integration Manager. Go to Settings and click the green New Integration button.

1. Select the courier type. In the New Integration window, click the Courier icon, then select DHL Parcel UK from the list.

1. Name the integration. The default name is "DHL Parcel UK". Adjust it if needed, then click Add Integration.

1. Enter your API credentials. On the Integration Details page, enter your iConsign username and password in the API Username and API Password fields. You will also need an API Key — contact your DHL account manager to request it.

1. Save the integration by clicking Save.

After connecting

Configure courier cut-off times for your warehouses to ensure collections are booked correctly. See the Courier Cut-Off Times article for instructions.

Note: Deferred DHL Parcel UK services are not yet supported in StoreFeeder and are planned for a future release.
