Creating a Whistl shipping method
Overview
This guide explains how to create a Whistl shipping method in StoreFeeder after your Whistl account is integrated.
Before you begin
You must have a Whistl account integrated with StoreFeeder before creating shipping methods. See "Setting up a Whistl Integration" for instructions.
Create a Whistl shipping method
- Go to Settings > Shipping Configuration > Shipping Methods and select + New Shipping Method.
Select Whistl as the courier option.
Select the Courier API option.
Give your new shipping method a name and set a shipping cost, then select + Add Shipping Method.
From the Service Code dropdown, select the specific Whistl service you require.
- Configure any additional options, such as Skip CN22 generation or Amazon tracking update settings.
- Select Save when you are done.
Notes for Whistl International Services
When creating shipping methods for Whistl international services, note the following requirements:
Products must have the Detailed Product Type Description completed in the Shipping & Handling section of the product:
When using the Whistl - Standard Parcel IOSS service, you must select Duty Paid in the Duty Type dropdown on the shipping method:
