Auto fix postcode spacing for Royal Mail integration.

It would be fantasic if storefeeder could automatically correct the postcode spacing that validation often flags up. I am sure storefeeder could delete extra spaces automatically or add a space as required to correct the UK postcode format. Seens as Storefeeder is part of Royal Mail i believe it would be possible for storefeeder to have a database of valid uk postcodes in the software. Storefeeder could validate the postcode against the database of correctly formatted postcodes, match the characters and then replace the postcode with the correctly formatted/spaced postcode. email invoice button with customers order page

It would be very useful if we could email the PDF invoice directly to the customers email (or Amazon email) within the customers order page. It would save having to print the invoice to PDF and then attach it to an email back to the customer. It would also be useful if we could have a default email template for the body of the invoice. The ability to highlight a 'Troublesome' customer

ie If we have a customer that repeatedly says they have not had their parcel or is abusive to us etc - We really need to know when they place an order. So being able to highlight those customers in some way so it showed up in the order list would be excellent.

Cancel and order and +1 or -1 to inventory.

It would be handy sometimes after an order is cancelled if you could then select to add back to stock or prevent adding to stock. sometimes if we are out of stock and we cancel an order it sometimes re adds +1 and it sells again... also sometimes when a customer cancels the order the item doesn't get re added... usually the opposite to what you want ! so would be handy if its cancelled to then decide what you'd like to do ....

Automatically allow Irish addresses with no postcode

When we scan orders from Ireland, if there is no postcode we get an error and have been told just to put a '-' in. Fine for one or two orders, but when you have 100's of them it get's a little annoying. Could we change the Royal Mail integration so that if it's an order for Ireland, then no postcode is allowable. Thanks!

Even though onbuy.com is currently a small marketplace, hopefully it will grow in time and with its' great fee structure it would be great to be able to list products on there.

Auto Fill Product Harmonised Code

To have the "Product Type Description" field under the Customs section of Shipping & Handling as a drop down, which would auto fill the "Product Harmonised Code" field from what has already been entered for other products. This would save a lot of time, when creating products manually, instead of always having to look up the codes when we have already entered them into Storefeeder for similar products.

Character Count

Character count added to the Listing Title, Meta Title and Meta Description fields and Product Title. For SEO purposes I think this would be useful to know and easier to manage if you can see how many characters you have used in these fields. Thanks

mass delete

I think it could be beneficial to be able to mass delete products and subsequently delete every listing associated with said product. As it stands, having to manually delete each listing so they are not live, then going back into the product and deleting it from storefeeder can be very time consuming.

Warning message when order is late - synced with the channel (not what StoreFeeder thinks)

Sometimes orders don't get despatched to the channel properly (typically human / our process error). StoreFeeder could show a warning that order xyz was still showing as not despatched within the channel after x days / weekdays. Times when this happen are for example we've combined 2 orders into 1 shipment and only uploaded tracking info against 1 order number. This info needs to come from the channel - not what StoreFeeder believes the state of the order to be.

Archive old products (end of line products) function.

It would make the products page more user friendly if we could hide discontinued products by archiving them. We cannot or should not delete older products for various reasons, we may need them for reference, exchanges etc etc, but archiving them would be great. Archived products would be set by ticking products on the left and clicking a button "archive product". There should be the ability to unarchive products just in case. There would be a button to show archived products but by default products that we have archived would be hidden. Thanks Kieran

Save templates of Import/Export Products

On product import/export we always have to select the fields to export every time we use it. Would be extremely helpful and time saving if we could save as template the fields we need for certain uses and so next time we would just select template and required fields would be auto selected. For example we want to create a product from scratch, or update only images, or update only EAN's, or update titles, etc... Everyone in our team would have predefined fields to do certain jobs and tasks. What a save of time and efficiency would be!

Bulk upload eBay specifics

eBay Item specifics are becoming more important to the visibility of listings. Also, using the eBay recommended options can significantly further improve visibility and search results. While this can be done on an individual listing level, this is impractical with a large number of listings. There are third-party tools that can analyse in bulk and improve Item Specifics, however these upload directly to eBay, and will be overwritten by subsequent Storefeeder listing updates. Uploading to eBay and then redownloading to Storefeeder provides its own set of issues. If a CSV upload of Item specifics can be provided, it would be really helpful to keep up with eBays evolving requirements.

Improve dashboard to show previous years sales against this year at the same time.

It would be great if we see how today or this weeks sales compares against the same period last year, on the same chart. Currently the only way to look at last years data is to date range separately, we cannot look at last year vs this year together as a comparision which would be very helpful. Also being able to see out month to date vs last year and year to date vs last year etc, all very helpful at a glance stuff. Finally fixing the display issues of the dashboard graph, if you have too many channels the list goes outside the graph box and cuts off so you cannot see the day's total etc.

Being able to add orders to existing pickwaves

Can you add the feature were orders can be added to existing pickwaves, for example, we could have a pickwave called 'Back Orders' and and during the day this pickwave can have back orders added to it instead of us having to create numerous pickwaves. many thanks
