Setting up a Parcelforce Integration

Overview

Parcelforce services are now available through your Royal Mail integration. This guide explains how to configure StoreFeeder to use Parcelforce services via that integration.

Before you begin

You need an active Royal Mail integration in StoreFeeder. See "Setting up a Royal Mail Integration" for instructions.

Configure Parcelforce via your Royal Mail integration

Add new shipping methods

1. Sign in to StoreFeeder and navigate to your Royal Mail integration settings.
2. Add new shipping methods for the Parcelforce services that now appear under your Royal Mail integration.

3. When creating a new shipping method, select Parcelforce or All Brands from the Services dropdown.

   

   Selecting Parcelforce shows only Parcelforce services. Selecting All Brands shows all available services.

Update your shipping rules

Adjust your existing shipping rules to use the newly added Parcelforce shipping methods. This ensures orders are dispatched using the correct services.

Remove the old integration (optional)

Since Parcelforce services are now managed under your Royal Mail integration, you can remove the old separate Parcelforce integration if you no longer need it.
