Overview

This guide explains how to set up Amazon Shipping in StoreFeeder. Amazon Shipping lets you ship directly with Amazon as a carrier — this is separate from Amazon Buy Shipping, which provides labels from other couriers through Amazon.

Before you begin

You need an active Amazon seller account with permission to use Amazon Shipping, and a collection already arranged with Amazon.

Setting up an Amazon Shipping integration

  1. Open Settings in StoreFeeder.

  1. Click Add Integration on the Integrations page.

  1. Select Courier, then Amazon Shipping (not Amazon Logistics). Enter a name for the integration and click Add Integration.

Configuring the integration

Amazon Shipping uses the credentials from your existing Amazon channel. Select the Amazon channel that has the arranged collection from the drop-down menu.

Make sure your packaging sizes are correctly configured. Note that packaging sizes here apply to shipping, not to FBA product dimensions.

Setting up shipping methods and rules

After the integration is connected, create shipping methods and rules so StoreFeeder can apply Amazon Shipping to the right orders. Refer to the Shipping Rules and Creating a Shipping Method articles for instructions.

When creating shipping methods, you need to enter a service code to generate a label. The available service codes are:

Service code

Service

SWA-UK-PREM

Amazon Shipping One Day (UK)

SWA-UK-2D

Amazon Shipping Two Day (UK, off Amazon)
