Integrating with other couriers via File Export

Overview

This guide explains how to export a manifest file for a courier that uses CSV file export in StoreFeeder.

Before you begin

Before exporting, you must:

• Have set up a CSV Export Template for the courier.
• Have added your orders to a pickwave. See "Creating a Pickwave in StoreFeeder" for instructions.

Export the manifest

1. Go to Warehouse > Manifests.

   

2. Select the warehouse that the orders are being dispatched from.

   

3. Set the Date Range to the date the orders were added to a pickwave, then select the pickwave and select Confirm.

   

4. You see all couriers that have a file export configured, sorted by shipping method. Export in one of two ways:

   • To export all orders for a courier, select Export All on the courier's row.
   • To export by shipping method, select Export on the specific shipping method row.

   

5. Save the produced .csv file to your computer. It is ready to upload to your courier's system.
