Integrating with Royal Mail via NetDespatch

Overview

The Royal Mail via NetDespatch integration enables StoreFeeder to produce Royal Mail labels and send order information to your Royal Mail OBA account.

Note: You need to create a separate NetDespatch integration for Royal Mail International Services.

Add the NetDespatch integration

Go to Settings.

Select the green New Integration button.

Select the integration type Courier.

Select the NetDespatch integration.

Enter a profile name for your NetDespatch integration and select + Add Integration.

Enter your API Username and API Password in the relevant fields. These are provided by NetDespatch. If you do not have them, contact your NetDespatch account manager.
Enter your Royal Mail account ID in the Account ID field and your Royal Mail PPI number in the PPI License Number field.

Select Save to complete the integration.
