Courier Default Values

Overview

Courier Default Values automatically populate missing courier fields on an order so it can be validated at the point of despatch. The fields available vary by courier.

Configure courier default values

1. Select Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Existing Courier Integrations.
2. Select Edit/View Integration next to the courier you want to configure.

3. Select Courier Default Values from the list of options on the left.

   

4. Select Edit on the default value you want to configure. The edit box opens.

   In the example below, a default weight of 0.4 kg is applied to any order that has no weight specified.

   

5. Configure the two toggle options:

   • Enabled — switches the default value on.
   • Auto Apply — when unticked, StoreFeeder applies the override but still displays the error message on despatch (useful for identifying products with missing data, such as no weight). When ticked, StoreFeeder applies the override silently without showing the error.
6. Select Save when you are done.
