Integrating with DHL eCommerce UK
Overview
This article walks you through adding a DHL eCommerce UK courier integration in StoreFeeder.
Before you begin
You need your DHL ClientId, Secret (API key), and account numbers. Contact your DHL account manager if you do not have these. You also need your Customer Account Number in the format CUS-XXXXXX.
Set up the DHL eCommerce UK integration
- Go to Settings and select the green New Integration button.

- In the New Integration window, select the Courier icon.
- From the list of couriers, select the DHL eCommerce UK integration.

- Give the integration a name (it defaults to DHL eCommerce UK) and select Add Integration.

On the Integration Details page, enter your credentials:
API Username — enter the email address DHL provides as the ClientId. API Password — enter the API key, which has the format:
XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Enter the account numbers for each account type you have. These are usually a letter followed by 6 digits:
Account Number (domestic) Account Number (euroad) Account Number (international)
- Enter your Customer Account Number in the Customer Account Number field (format: CUS-XXXXXX).

- Select Save to complete the integration.
Configure courier cut-off times
After saving, configure the courier cut-off times for DHL eCommerce UK. This is important for correct despatch scheduling. Follow the cut-off times setup guide in the StoreFeeder knowledge base.
