Integrating with FedEx

Overview

This guide explains how to connect FedEx to your StoreFeeder account so you can despatch orders and generate manifests for billing.

Connecting FedEx to StoreFeeder

1. Sign into StoreFeeder. After logging in you are taken to the Dashboard. If a yellow bar appears at the top of the page, click the link inside it to go directly to your integrations.

If the yellow bar is not visible, click Settings in the top-right corner of the page.

Then select Your Integrations.

1. Find or create the FedEx integration. On the Integration Manager page, locate FedEx in the list and click Edit/View Integration. If FedEx is not already listed, click the green + New Integration button to add it.

1. Create the integration (skip this step if you are editing an existing one). Select the integration type and courier as shown, then enter a name for the integration. Choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account, then click + Add Integration.

1. Enter your FedEx API credentials. Contact FedEx to obtain the following details if you do not already have them:

   • Account Number
   • Key (client system)
   • Meter Number
   • API Password

   Enter each value in the corresponding field on the FedEx Integration Details page within StoreFeeder.

1. Save the integration by clicking Save at the bottom of the page. Your FedEx account is now connected.
