Hermes/Evri Email and SMS Notification Guide
Overview
This guide explains how to configure email and SMS delivery notifications for Hermes/Evri shipments in StoreFeeder, including which notification types are supported per country and service.
Configure your Customer Alert Group
To use Hermes/Evri email or SMS notifications, enter your Customer Alert Group in the integration settings. The Hermes/Evri default value is 0001, which is likely correct for your account, but contact your Hermes/Evri account manager to confirm — this field controls how tracking notifications work and affects the branding on email and SMS messages. It is always a 4-character number.
Select a notification type
Once you have entered your customer alert group, select the notification type you want to use:
- SMS
- Email & SMS
Note that notification support varies by country and service. If you select Email & SMS but only one type is supported for a given country, StoreFeeder uses email notifications.
