Integrating with MetaPack

Overview

This guide explains how to connect your MetaPack account to StoreFeeder, including setting up the integration, configuring a warehouse in MetaPack, and matching it with a warehouse in StoreFeeder.

Add the MetaPack integration

1. On the Settings page, select the New Integration button.

2. Select the Courier icon.

   

3. Select MetaPack from the list of courier types.

   

4. Enter a Profile Name and select Add Integration.

   

Configure the MetaPack integration in StoreFeeder

On the MetaPack - Integration Details page:

1. Enter the username and password you use to log into MetaPack in the API Username and API Password fields.
2. Optionally enter a Default Carrier Weight (in kg) to use for orders with no weight when shipping via MetaPack. Use the Override Carrier Weight toggle to enable or disable this.

3. Enter the Server Version for your MetaPack account. To find this, check the URL you use to log into MetaPack — the server version is the number after dm in the URL.

   

   If there is no number after dm in your URL, leave the Server Version field blank.

4. Select Save.

   

Add a warehouse in MetaPack

1. In MetaPack, select Setup from the main menu.

   

2. Scroll down to the Warehouse section and select Warehouses.

   

3. On the Setup Warehouses page, select Create Warehouse.

   
4. Fill in your warehouse information. Make a note of the Warehouse Code and Warehouse Name — you need these in StoreFeeder.

5. Select Save.

   

Add a matching warehouse in StoreFeeder

Create a new warehouse in StoreFeeder that matches your MetaPack warehouse:

• Enter the Warehouse Code exactly as it appears in MetaPack into the MetaPack Warehouse Code field.
• Set the Warehouse Type to Warehouse.
• Ensure the Address and Address Line 1 fields contain the same information.
