Integrating with IFS Global Logistics

Overview

This guide explains how to connect IFS Global Logistics to your StoreFeeder account so you can produce shipping labels. IFS is available to merchants based in Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Connecting IFS to StoreFeeder

  1. Open the Integration Manager. Click Settings in the top-right corner of the page, then click New Integration.
  1. Select the Courier integration type.
  1. Select IFS from the courier list.

  1. Set a profile name for the integration and click the green + Add Integration button.

Configuring the integration

You are taken to the Integration Details page. You can return to this page at any time via Settings > Integration Manager.

Integration profile

  • Integration Type: Set to IFS automatically.
  • Profile Name: The name you gave the integration.
  • Company Identity: Select the correct company identity.
  • Tracking URL template: Enter the URL used for parcel tracking (used in customer-facing emails and notifications).

Courier API settings

Fill in the API fields with the details provided by your IFS account manager.

Once all fields are complete, click Save.

After connecting

Configure courier cut-off times for your warehouses to ensure seamless despatching. See the Courier Cut-Off Times article for instructions.

Contact your IFS account manager to confirm whether test labels are required before going live.
