Overview

Courier Cut Off Times let you tell a courier when your warehouse is closed. This is useful when you dispatch orders over a weekend but do not ship until the following working week — the courier knows not to collect from your warehouse outside of operating hours.

Before you begin

Courier Cut Off Times are supported by the following courier integrations: Interlink, DPD, UK Mail, and Parcel Force.

Configure cut off times

  1. Select Settings in the top right corner and scroll down to Existing Courier Integrations.
  2. Select Edit/View Integration next to the courier you want to configure.
  3. Select Courier Cut Off Times from the list of options on the left.

You see a list of all your warehouses along with their opening times. All warehouses default to Closed, but cut off times do not take effect until you set specific times for a day.

  4. Select Edit next to the warehouse you want to configure.

  5. In the Edit Your Warehouse Cut Off Times window, set the closing time for each day by selecting the clock icon and choosing a time from the list (shown in 30-minute increments). To mark a day as closed, tick the Closed checkbox for that day.

  6. Select Save when you are done.

Your updated times now appear on the warehouse list.
