Overview

This article explains why customer name and address details show as N/A on Amazon orders.

Cause

Amazon requires sellers using third-party software to delete or anonymise customer data from Amazon orders after 30 days. StoreFeeder applies this automatically - any order more than 30 days old has its personal customer data removed and replaced with N/A.

The postcode remains available for filtering and searching, but all other identifying information is anonymised. This has no effect on the order itself or stock allocations - it is purely a data protection policy enforced by Amazon.

Restoring data temporarily

If you need to access the data for an order within the permitted window, select the Restore Amazon Data button at the top of the order page. This re-downloads the customer data for a short period.
