This guide explains how to integrate your Fruugo sales channel with StoreFeeder to download orders and send shipping updates.

Connecting Fruugo to StoreFeeder

Step 1. Open the Integration Manager

Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, look for the yellow notification bar indicating untested sales channels. Select the link in the bar to open the Integration Manager.

If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings (top right) and select Your Integrations.

Step 2. Find or create your Fruugo integration

On the Integration Manager page, locate your Fruugo channel and select Edit/View Integration. If Fruugo does not appear in the list, select + New Integration.

Step 3. Create a new integration (skip if editing an existing one)

Select the correct options on the following screens:

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Select +Add Integration to continue.

Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on this page with the integration in TEST mode. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.

Step 4. Retrieve your Fruugo API credentials

Log in to your Fruugo Merchant Centre account at merchantcentre.fruugo.com. The username and password you use to log in are your API Username and API Password.

Step 5. Enter your credentials in StoreFeeder

Return to StoreFeeder and open your Fruugo integration details page. Enter your API Username and Password:

Select Save to test the connection. If successful, the page confirms it:

Tip: To update your Fruugo API credentials in future, use the Update toggle shown above. Switching it to On reveals the credential fields again.

Step 6. Activate your integration

Review the channel settings and adjust them to your needs. Each option shows an explanation when you hover over it.

Set the Active toggle to On and select Save.

Your Fruugo integration is now live and ready to use.
