Integrating with Amazon
Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your Amazon marketplace to StoreFeeder.
What the Amazon integration enables
- Create product listings
- Download your Amazon orders
- Pick, pack, and despatch orders
- Send tracking information to Amazon
- Update and synchronise inventory
- Create Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) listings and import records of FBA orders
Step by step guide
Step 1
Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard you may see a yellow bar at the top of the page indicating that you have untested sales channels.

Select the link in the yellow bar to begin. If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings in the top right

and then select Your Integrations.

Step 2
On the Integration Manager page you see a list of all your channels. To integrate your Amazon channel, select Edit/View Integration

If Amazon does not already appear on this list, create a new integration by selecting the green + New Integration button

Both options are circled in the picture below.

Step 3
If you are editing an existing integration, skip this step.
For a new integration, select the circled options on the following screens.

Enter a name for the integration, select the Amazon store you are selling through, and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Then select +Add Integration.
Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on the integration details page. The integration defaults to TEST mode, making it easy to verify the connection. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.
Step 4
To create the link between StoreFeeder and your Amazon account, select Connect To Amazon. You are redirected to Amazon Seller Central.

After logging in, select a merchant and marketplace. Choose StoreFeeder and the Amazon marketplace you want to integrate.

Confirm the authorisation for StoreFeeder to access the integration.

You are returned to the Amazon integration page in StoreFeeder.

Your Amazon account is now linked.
Finishing up
Turn on Automatic Listing Download. If this is your first Amazon integration on the account, it can take up to 90 minutes for listings and orders to start coming in. If you are waiting longer than 2 hours, contact the support team.
Caution: Leave the inventory settings until you are ready to go live.
Your Amazon account is now linked to StoreFeeder and your channel listings will start downloading so you can map them to existing products or create new ones.
