Integrating with OnBuy
Overview
This guide explains how to integrate your OnBuy sales channel with StoreFeeder to manage orders, inventory, and tracking in one place.
What the OnBuy integration enables
- Download your OnBuy orders
- Pick, pack, and despatch orders
- Send tracking information to OnBuy
- Update and synchronise inventory
Connecting OnBuy to StoreFeeder
Step 1. Open the Integration Manager
Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, look for the yellow notification bar indicating untested sales channels. Select the link in the bar to open the Integration Manager.
If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings (top right) and select Your Integrations.

Step 2. Find or create your OnBuy integration
On the Integration Manager page, locate your OnBuy channel and select Edit/View Integration. If OnBuy does not appear in the list, select + New Integration.

Step 3. Create a new integration (skip if editing an existing one)
Select the correct options on the following screens:

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Select +Add Integration to continue.
Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on this page with the integration in TEST mode. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.
Step 4. Retrieve your OnBuy credentials
The Integration Details page shows fields for your OnBuy credentials:

To get these credentials, log in to your OnBuy seller account and go to the Seller Control Panel. Navigate to Listing & Products > Imports & Integrations.

Select StoreFeeder from the list of available integrations.

Step 5. Complete the connection
The page that opens shows your Consumer Key, Secret Key, and Seller ID.

Copy these three values and paste them into their respective fields on the StoreFeeder OnBuy — Integration Details page. Select Save — a connection test runs automatically. If successful, the page looks like this:

Your OnBuy account and StoreFeeder account are now integrated.
Note: If this is your first OnBuy integration, it can take up to 90 minutes before listings and orders appear. If you are waiting longer than 2 hours, contact StoreFeeder support.
Tip: To update your credentials (Consumer Key, Secret Key, Seller ID) at any time, tick the Update Account checkbox on the Integration Details page.
