Overview

This article describes the order processing settings available on every integration that supports order import.

Settings

Import Orders — When enabled, StoreFeeder downloads all undespatched orders from the channel. Despatched orders are not downloaded automatically to prevent accidental double-processing. (Magento is the exception: you can specify which order status to download.) If you need specific despatched orders imported, contact the support team.

Send Despatch Notifications — When enabled, StoreFeeder sends despatch notifications to the channel, marks orders as despatched on channel, and uploads tracking numbers where applicable. (For eBay, Royal Mail delivery confirmation numbers are also sent.)

Ignore Channel Tax — Not all channels calculate order tax. Enable this option for those channels and StoreFeeder will calculate tax based on the tax settings configured against the ordered products.

Merge Orders — When enabled, StoreFeeder checks on import whether any orders can be merged, matching by customer name and address. Orders are not merged automatically if the products are in different warehouses, if the channel shipping methods differ, or if the shipping method applied in StoreFeeder differs. You can manually merge orders where channel shipping methods do not match from the Manage Order page.
