Setting Up Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) with StoreFeeder
Overview
This article explains how to set up Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) with StoreFeeder. There are two scenarios: Basic FBA for Amazon orders only, and FBA used to fulfil orders from other sales channels.
Note: The Autoflip Fulfilment option (auto-routing other channel orders via FBA) has been removed from StoreFeeder. The new Amazon API supports FBA and MFN simultaneously on listings, making that feature unnecessary.
What is Fulfilment By Amazon?
FBA is an Amazon service where you send stock to Amazon's warehouse and Amazon picks, packs, and dispatches orders on your behalf.
Scenario 1 - Basic FBA (Amazon orders only)
FBA orders import into StoreFeeder with the status Shipped By Amazon and do not require manual processing.
- In StoreFeeder, go to Settings > Your Integrations and open Edit/View Integration for your Amazon channel.
- In the Amazon Specific Settings section, enable Fulfilment By Amazon.

- For any Amazon listing currently set as merchant fulfilled, update its Fulfilled By Amazon flag to on. New FBA listings imported from Amazon are marked automatically.

To update the Fulfilled By Amazon setting across multiple listings at once, use the Bulk Listings Import/Export feature.
Scenario 2 - FBA for other sales channels
This scenario lets orders from non-Amazon channels be fulfilled by Amazon. Note that when your FBA stock runs out, listings on other channels end and become unfulfillable - your own warehouse stock is not used as a fallback.
- Enable Fulfilment By Amazon on your Amazon integration (same as Scenario 1, step 2).

- Update the Fulfilled By Amazon flag on relevant listings (same as Scenario 1, step 3).

- Set up an Amazon FBA Warehouse in StoreFeeder. See the Adding a New Warehouse article for instructions. When selecting Warehouse Type, choose Amazon Fulfilment.
- Configure the Amazon Fulfilment Settings as shown below, including a Displayable Order Comment, notification preferences, and the shipping methods that correspond to Standard, Expedited, and Priority services. Select Save.

- For non-Amazon listings that may be fulfilled by Amazon, set the Inventory Type to either Inventory + Oversell + Priority Supplier Inventory or Inventory + Oversell + Sum of Suppliers Inventory, depending on the priority you assign to the Amazon FBA supplier on that product.
Note: A supplier of Amazon FBA is automatically added to any product with an FBA-type listing.
