Integrating with Mirakl

Overview

This guide explains how to integrate a Mirakl marketplace with StoreFeeder. Mirakl hosts many eCommerce marketplaces — each one requires a separate integration in StoreFeeder.

Connecting Mirakl to StoreFeeder

Step 1. Open the Integration Manager

Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, look for the yellow notification bar indicating untested sales channels. Select the link in the bar to open the Integration Manager.

If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings (top right) and select Your Integrations.

Step 2. Find or create your Mirakl integration

On the Integration Manager page, locate your Mirakl channel and select Edit/View Integration. If Mirakl does not appear in the list, select + New Integration.

Step 3. Create a new integration (skip if editing an existing one)

Select the correct options on the following screens:

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Select +Add Integration to continue.

Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on this page with the integration in TEST mode. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.

Step 4. Retrieve your Mirakl API Key

In your Mirakl account, select your username or email address in the top-right corner to access User Settings.

Select the API Key tab.

Warning: Do not select Generate a new key if an API key already exists.

If a key is already present, copy it to your clipboard. If not, select Generate a new key and copy the generated key.

Step 5. Enter the API Key in StoreFeeder

Return to the Mirakl — Integration Details page in StoreFeeder. Select the marketplace you are connecting and paste the API Key into the field shown:

Select Test Connection to verify the connection. If the test fails, check your details and try again.

Your Mirakl account and StoreFeeder account are now integrated.

Note: If this is your first Mirakl integration, it can take up to 90 minutes before listings and orders appear. If you are waiting longer than 2 hours, contact StoreFeeder support.
