Integrating with The Range
Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your The Range marketplace to StoreFeeder.
What the The Range integration enables
- Download your The Range orders
- Send shipping updates to The Range
- Create basic listings for each product for mapping purposes
- Update inventory and price information on channel (see notes below)
Before you begin
Listings: The Range does not provide a method for downloading listings via their API. StoreFeeder has implemented a workaround — consult the mapping guide for details.
Pricing: Price updates to The Range take effect at midnight. Any price sent from StoreFeeder is sent with an Effective From date of "tomorrow" whenever an inventory update occurs for that product. The Range applies price changes at midnight, which is outside StoreFeeder's control. You can see whether a price change is pending by hovering over the i icon next to the price.

Tracking numbers: The Range does not allow blank tracking numbers. If an order has no tracking number, StoreFeeder automatically sends n/a as the tracking number and the shipping method name as the carrier to prevent errors.
Step by step guide
Step 1
Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard you may see a yellow bar at the top of the page indicating that you have untested sales channels.

Select the link in the yellow bar to begin. If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings in the top right

and then select Your Integrations.

Step 2
On the Integration Manager page you see a list of all your channels. To integrate The Range, select Edit/View Integration. If The Range does not already appear on this list, create a new integration by selecting the green + New Integration button. Both options are circled in the picture below.

Step 3
If you are editing an existing integration, skip this step.
For a new integration, select the circled options on the following screens.

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account.

Then select +Add Integration.
Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on the integration details page.
Step 4
To link StoreFeeder to your The Range account, enter your Username and Password.

Once you have entered your credentials, select Test Connection. StoreFeeder attempts to connect using the details you provided.
If the details are accepted, you see a success message, your credentials are removed from view, and a Disconnect option appears.
Press Save to save your login details.
Review the remaining settings on the integration and enable the ones you need. Follow the mapping guide to complete your setup.
Note: If you ever need to reconnect your account, use the Disconnect button and then repeat Step 4.
