eBay P&P

Overview

This guide explains how to set up eBay postage and packaging (P&P) shipping methods in StoreFeeder.

Note: StoreFeeder version 2 is required for this feature.

Setting up eBay shipping methods

Step 1. Open your eBay integration

Go to Settings in StoreFeeder.

You are taken to the Your Integrations page. If not, select Integration Manager > Your Integrations from the left-hand menu. Select Edit/View Channel next to the eBay channel you want to configure.

Step 2. Open eBay Shipping

Select eBay Shipping from the left-hand menu.

Step 3. Create a new P&P service

The eBay P&P page lists all current P&P services linked to this eBay store. Select New P&P Service to create one.

Step 4. Configure the P&P service

On the P&P Service Details page, configure the following:

• Name: A name for your P&P service.
• Service provider: Select from the top-left dropdown.
• Basic and additional unit costs: Enter costs for your shipping methods.
• International: Indicate whether this service is for international orders.
• Default service: Choose whether to use this as the default service for this channel.

Note: For international shipping methods, select the destination locations from the International Locations list. Hold the Ctrl key and select to choose multiple locations.

Select Save to save the P&P service.

The new shipping method appears on the eBay P&P Details page.
