Integrating with Etsy

Overview

This guide explains how to integrate your Etsy sales channel with StoreFeeder to import orders, send shipping updates, and keep inventory and pricing in sync.

Note: The Etsy integration currently supports order importing, shipping updates, and basic listing download for mapping (to enable inventory and price updates).

Before you begin

Ensure your Etsy store setup is fully complete before connecting it to StoreFeeder. An incomplete store setup will prevent the integration from working.

Connecting Etsy to StoreFeeder

Step 1. Open the Integration Manager

Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, look for the yellow notification bar indicating untested sales channels. Select the link in the bar to open the Integration Manager.

If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings (top right) and select Your Integrations.

Step 2. Find or create your Etsy integration

On the Integration Manager page, locate your Etsy channel and select Edit/View Integration. If Etsy does not appear in the list, select + New Integration.

Step 3. Create a new integration (skip if editing an existing one)

Select the correct options on the following screens:

Enter a name for the integration, select the Etsy country you are selling through, and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Select +Add Integration to continue.

Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on this page with the integration in TEST mode. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.

Step 4. Connect your Etsy account

Select the Connect Account link shown below:

You are taken to an Etsy login page. Enter your Etsy email and password and sign in.

After signing in, Etsy asks whether to allow StoreFeeder to connect to your account. Select Allow Access to proceed.

Step 5. Test the connection and save

You are returned to the StoreFeeder Integration Details page, where your Etsy account now shows as linked.

Select Test Connection to verify everything is working. If successful, the page looks like this:

Select Save to complete setup.

Your Etsy account and StoreFeeder account are now integrated.

Note: If this is your first Etsy integration, it can take up to 90 minutes before listings and orders appear. If you are waiting longer than 2 hours, contact StoreFeeder support.
