Troubleshooting

1. Check for known issues

Visit status.storefeeder.com to see if there are any active incidents affecting the eBay integration.

2. Test your eBay connection token

eBay periodically expires the link tokens that connect StoreFeeder to your eBay account. To check whether your token has expired, go to Settings, open your eBay integration, and select the two Test Connection buttons.

  • If both buttons stay green and the date updates to the current time, your token is valid. Contact support for further investigation.
  • If the ticks turn to red crosses, your token has expired.

To reconnect, follow the eBay integration guide. Once reconnected, your orders will resume downloading.
