Overview

When an Amazon Business order includes a Purchase Order (PO) reference number, StoreFeeder now automatically prints that number on the shipping label when the label is generated via the direct Royal Mail integration.

When it applies

The PO reference prints on the label only when all of the following are true:

  • The order source is Amazon.
  • The order is flagged as an Amazon Business order.
  • A Purchase Order Reference Number is entered in the order details.
  • The shipping label is generated via the StoreFeeder direct Royal Mail integration.

If any of these conditions are not met, the label prints as normal without the PO reference.

Where it appears

The Purchase Order Reference Number appears on the shipping label, typically below or alongside the order reference information. Exact placement depends on the courier label format.

Troubleshooting

PO reference not showing on the label?

  • Confirm the order is flagged as an Amazon Business order.
  • Check that the PO Reference field in the order details is filled in.
  • Verify the label is being generated via the StoreFeeder direct Royal Mail integration.

Not an Amazon Business order?

PO references do not print for standard Amazon orders or orders from other channels.
