Integrating with TikTok

Overview

This guide walks you through connecting your TikTok marketplace to StoreFeeder.

What the TikTok integration enables

• Download your TikTok orders
• Send shipping updates to TikTok (see the courier note at the end of this article)
• Download basic listings for mapping to products
• Send inventory and price updates to TikTok

Step by step guide

Step 1

Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard you may see a yellow bar at the top of the page indicating that you have untested sales channels.

Select the link in the yellow bar to begin. If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings in the top right

and then select Your Integrations.

Step 2

On the Integration Manager page you see a list of all your channels. To integrate your TikTok channel, select Edit/View Integration

If TikTok does not already appear on this list, create a new integration by selecting the green + New Integration button

Step 3

If you are editing an existing integration, skip this step.

For a new integration, select the circled options on the following screens.

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Then select +Add Integration.

Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings on the integration details page. The integration defaults to TEST mode, making it easy to verify the connection. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.

Step 4

To link StoreFeeder to your TikTok account, select Connect to TikTok and follow the wizard.

Once you have completed the wizard, select Test Connection. StoreFeeder attempts to connect using the details you provided.

If the details are accepted, you see a success message.

If you have multiple locations in TikTok, use the dropdown to choose which location receives inventory updates.

Turn on the jobs you want — listing downloads, order imports, shipping updates — then press Save.

Note: If you ever need to reconnect your account, use the Disconnect button and then repeat Step 4.

Supported couriers for shipping updates

TikTok only accepts shipping updates from certain couriers. Use a StoreFeeder direct courier integration wherever possible.

Courier aggregators such as InterSoft and NetDispatch are supported — contact support to have the correct mappings applied.
