My eBay orders aren't in StoreFeeder

Overview

This article explains what to do when your eBay orders are not appearing in StoreFeeder, covering both expired tokens and international channel setup.

Cause

The most common cause is an expired eBay token. For security reasons, eBay periodically requires you to re-authorise the connection between your store and third-party integrators such as StoreFeeder.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings, then select Edit/View Integration against your eBay channel.
  2. Double-click where it says Channel linked to eBay.
  1. You are redirected to eBay where you log in and re-authorise the connection to StoreFeeder.

International eBay orders

If you have international eBay channels set up and orders are still not importing, you may need to create a dedicated channel for that locale. Set it up the same way as your existing UK integration.

Once created and configured, wait up to 30 minutes for orders to appear in StoreFeeder. If you have problems creating the integration or orders are still missing after 30 minutes, raise a support ticket.
