Overview

This article explains how to handle Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) orders in StoreFeeder.

Before you begin

Amazon requires that Prime order labels are purchased through Amazon Buy Shipping. You need to set up an Amazon Buy Shipping (Amazon Logistics) integration in StoreFeeder before processing Prime orders. See the Amazon Buy Shipping integration setup guide for instructions.

Making a listing a Prime listing

To make a listing Prime, update its shipping template. In StoreFeeder, this field is called Shipping Group Name.

The easiest way to pull the correct template name into StoreFeeder is to apply the Prime shipping template to a listing directly on Amazon, then re-download that listing in StoreFeeder. StoreFeeder reads the template name when it retrieves the updated listing.

Setting up shipping rules for Prime orders

StoreFeeder marks Prime orders with a Prime flag, which you can use in shipping rules to route them correctly.

Set up your shipping rules using the Prime flag to ensure Prime orders are picked up and processed with the correct courier and service. See the shipping rules setup guide for Amazon Logistics for full instructions.
