When investigating order import issues, it helps to have an example order number. This guide explains how to locate the eBay Item ID and Transaction ID that StoreFeeder support needs to look up an Order ID manually.

Finding your eBay Order ID

Orders may fail to import for various reasons — for example, the order may not be in the correct status, or address details may be missing.

To import an order manually via the eBay API, StoreFeeder needs the Order ID, which is not typically customer-facing. You can retrieve it using the Item IDs and Transaction ID found in the URL of the order page on eBay.

Open the order on eBay and copy the data from the URL in your browser's address bar. The screenshot below shows where this data appears:
