Overview

This article explains how StoreFeeder surfaces Amazon Delivery Experience instructions — buyer-specified delivery time windows available to business account holders — so you can act on them before shipping.

Attention Required flag

Any order that contains Delivery Experience instructions is automatically marked as Attention Required. You can filter the orders grid to show only those orders.

Hover over the A icon in the order flags to see the attention required message.

Edit Order page

When you open the Edit Order page, the Delivery Experience information also appears in the Order Information section.

The specific delivery window is stored in the Special Instructions field under Shipping & Handling.

Pickwave creation

On the pickwave creation screen you can filter by Attention Required. If you have the Notes column configured, the instructions also appear there.

This lets you group time-sensitive orders into a pickwave and tag it — for example, "Despatch on 4th" — so that next-day orders arrive on the correct day.
