Amazon Business
Overview
This article explains Amazon Business pricing in StoreFeeder, including how to enable it, set business prices and quantity discounts, and manage listings.
Amazon Business lets you offer B2B pricing and discounts to business buyers on Amazon. Adding a business price can increase your chance of winning a sale.
Supported stores
Amazon Business is available for Amazon UK, DE, and FR channels in StoreFeeder.
Business pricing rules
- A business price must be at least £1.01 / €1.01. Amazon does not allow a price at or below £1.00 / €1.00.
- StoreFeeder does not currently support business-only pricing - the product must also be sold to standard customers.
- Business prices and quantity discounts are visible only to business buyers.

Quantity discounts
Once a business price is set, you can offer up to five discount tiers.
Percent discount
- At least one tier (threshold + percent) is required; up to five tiers.
- Quantity thresholds must be in increasing order.
- Percent discounts must be in increasing order (higher percent = lower price).
- Price after discount must remain above £1.00 / €1.00.
Fixed discount
- At least one tier (threshold + discount price) is required; up to five tiers.
- Quantity thresholds must be in increasing order.
- Discount prices must be in decreasing order.
- Price after discount must remain above £1.00 / €1.00.
Enabling Amazon Business in StoreFeeder
Once Amazon Business is available for your channel's Amazon store, a new section appears on the channel settings page.

Warning: Turning on Amazon Business affects the next Product Download run. StoreFeeder imports business prices for all existing listings during this process, which temporarily prevents price updates to Amazon. You cannot change business prices in StoreFeeder until the download completes. This can take up to a few hours depending on your listing count.
Turning the option off cancels updates for any listings not yet processed. Enabling it also activates the VAT Calculation Service option.
Once enabled, StoreFeeder checks whether any listings need business price updates and shows that information below the toggle.

After the operation completes, StoreFeeder manages business pricing on the channel. Any business price changes made directly on Amazon are likely to be overwritten on the next StoreFeeder update.
Orders from business customers
Business orders are identified by a distinct icon in the order list.

You can filter orders to include or exclude Amazon Business orders.

Listing page
After Amazon Business is enabled on a channel, a new section appears on the Amazon listing page.

Enable the business price option for each listing where you want to use it. If the option is off, StoreFeeder overwrites any existing business pricing with blank data.

Setting business prices via import/export
You can set business price data on listings before Amazon Business is enabled on the channel by using the listing import/export feature.
For Amazon UK, DE, and FR channels, business price and quantity discount fields are available in the export. For other Amazon stores, these fields are not shown. If Amazon Business is available but disabled on the channel, the fields are disabled in the export.
