This article explains how to perform an immediate stock transfer using the StoreFeeder app, moving stock from one location to another in real time.

Transfer types
There are two types of transfer:
- Pending — you create a transfer for someone else to complete later.
- Immediate — you move the stock there and then.
This article covers the Immediate transfer.
Perform an immediate transfer
In this example, we are transferring 50 units from the Goods In location to pick bin A3.
Stock before the transfer:
- Open the Transfers tab in the app and select Create Immediate.
- Scan the SKU you want to transfer.
- Select the From location from the drop-down, or scan the location barcode, then select Next.
- Enter the quantity to transfer and select Next.
- Select the To location from the drop-down, or scan the location barcode, then select Next.
A success message at the bottom of the screen confirms the transfer is complete.
