Overview

This guide introduces the StoreFeeder app and its main sections.

Before you begin

The StoreFeeder app is an add-on upgrade. Contact Support to enable it on your account.

Log in with your normal StoreFeeder credentials. Check the app version shown in the bottom-right corner of the login screen and ensure it is up to date.

Welcome page

After logging in, you land on one of two welcome pages depending on your account role.

Admin users see a Sales Overview page with revenue, sales, and warehouse information.

Regular users see a Tasks Overview page showing pickwaves assigned to them, allocated transfers, and performance information. Tapping the Pickwaves or Transfers count takes you directly to that section.

The slide-in menu gives access to all sections of the app.

From app version 3.0.0, your account and warehouse are shown at the top of the slide-in menu. If you have multiple warehouses, tap the account/warehouse label to switch warehouses. All sections then operate in the context of the selected warehouse.

App sections

Products — Look up a product or stock location by scanning a barcode to view inventory, images, and product details.

Pickwaves — The picking function. Set barcode verification levels for products and/or locations to validate picks as they happen.

Transfers — View pending transfers, create immediate transfers to move stock between locations, or create pending transfers for action later.

Deliveries — Book in deliveries directly from the app by entering a PO number or scanning an item.

Orders — Verify the contents of a picked order by scanning items, print shipping labels, and despatch orders. Quick Despatch lets you despatch an order by simply scanning or entering the order number.

Stock Take — Perform a system-led or product-led stock check without interrupting picking operations.
