Overview
This article explains how to book in stock that has arrived from a supplier using the Deliveries function in the StoreFeeder app.

Before you begin
Ensure the product has an open purchase order in StoreFeeder.
Book in a delivery
In this example, we are booking in 50 units of one SKU into the Goods In location.
- Open the Deliveries tab in the app.
- Scan the barcode of the product that has arrived, or enter the SKU or product name manually.
- All open purchase orders containing that SKU appear. Select the correct one for this delivery.
- Enter the quantity that has arrived. You can type the number, use the + and - buttons, or scan each individual unit to increment the total.
- Once the quantity is correct, select Goods In at the bottom to book the stock into the Goods In location.
The purchase order is now booked in and marked as completed.
