Stock Management Settings
Overview
This article describes the stock management settings available for each channel integration in StoreFeeder.
Stock management options

Automatic Inventory Updates — When enabled, StoreFeeder automatically pushes inventory updates to the channel. Updates are triggered when orders import and are matched to a product; any listing linked to that product is then queued for an inventory update. Inventory updates typically run every 15 minutes.
Automatic Price Updates — When enabled, StoreFeeder pushes price updates to the channel alongside inventory updates.
Automatic Listings Download — When enabled, StoreFeeder downloads listings from the channel. Listings must be downloaded and mapped in StoreFeeder before inventory updates can be sent.
Download Listings Now — The automatic listings download runs every few hours. Use this button to trigger an immediate import if you have just created listings on the channel and need them available sooner.
Upload Listings — When enabled, StoreFeeder takes full control of your listings for that channel. This allows you to update listings through StoreFeeder — either by saving and uploading an individual listing, or by using a bulk listing import. Because StoreFeeder overwrites channel data on each update, avoid making changes directly on the channel while this option is on. This job typically runs every 15 minutes.
