Creating Products from Listings

Overview

This article explains how to create products in StoreFeeder from unmapped channel listings. If the product already exists in StoreFeeder, you do not need to create it again — you can map the listing to the existing product directly.

Creating products from listings

Step 1

Select Listings from the navigation.

Use the Channel drop-down to filter listings by the channel with the most of your products. This example uses the Shopify channel.

Step 2

With your channel selected, check the box next to Channel Identifier to select all listings, then select Create Products.

StoreFeeder creates products from all selected listings.

Step 3

Check for errors by selecting Errors from the Mapping Status drop-down.

A listing is only given the Error mapping status if a mapping attempt has been made previously.

Step 4

Review any listings with errors. If none appear, all listings have been mapped successfully.

Listings with errors are marked with an error icon in the Mapping Status column:

Refer to the StoreFeeder Common Errors and Messages documentation to resolve any issues found.

Once all errors are resolved, map listings from your other channels to the newly created products using the Map All by SKU feature.
