Creating Product Variant Attributes

Overview

This article explains how to create product variant attributes in StoreFeeder. Attributes must be set up before you can create and list variant products.

Creating a product attribute

1. Go to Product Attribute Manager.

1. On the Product Attribute page, select the green New Product Attribute button.

1. Enter the Attribute Name and set the Display Order (the order in which attributes appear when creating a product). Select Save.

The attribute now appears in the Existing Product Attribute box.

Adding attribute values

1. Select Edit next to the attribute.

1. Select Add to add a new value.

1. Enter the Display Order, Product Attribute Value, and Product Attribute Short Value. The short value must match the attribute value exactly.
2. Repeat for all values you need (for example, Small, Medium, Large for a Size attribute).
3. Select Save when done.

1. On the Product Attribute page, select Save to complete the process.
