Adding Weights to Products

Overview

This article explains how to add weight information to your products in StoreFeeder, either individually or in bulk. Weights are required for weight-based shipping rules and courier integrations such as Royal Mail Dispatch Manager Online.

Adding weights to individual products

1. Go to Products > Manage Products and select Edit next to the product you want to update.

1. On the General tab, enter the product's weight in the weight field. All weights are in kg.

Adding weights in bulk

Use the Product Import/Export feature to update weight information for multiple products at once. When exporting, ensure the Weight field is selected. All weights are in kg.
