Overview
This article explains how to configure stock alert emails for a supplier in StoreFeeder so you are notified when products fall below their reorder level.
Setting up stock alert emails
- Go to Products > Suppliers and select Edit/View next to the supplier you want to configure.
- Set Send Email when Product Below Reorder Level to ON.
- Enter the email address or addresses you want alerts sent to in the Comma Delimited Email Addresses To Send To field. Separate multiple addresses with a comma and a space.
Example:
email1@yourcompany.com, email2@yourcompany.com
You now receive an alert for every product from this supplier that falls below its manual reorder level.
