Stock Management and Order Processing Settings
Overview
This article explains how to turn on stock management and order processing settings in StoreFeeder once you have confirmed your master inventory data is accurate.
Before you begin
StoreFeeder acts as the master file for stock levels and pricing. Before enabling stock management, confirm that your inventory and pricing data in StoreFeeder is accurate. StoreFeeder cannot be held responsible for inaccurate data.
Enabling stock management
- Go to the Settings page.

- Select your channel, then choose Edit/View Integration.

- Scroll to the stock management controls and enable the options you need, then select Save.

Order processing options
Some of these options may already be enabled from the initial setup phase used to import your channel shipping methods.
Import orders — Imports orders from the channel into StoreFeeder so they can be picked, packed, and despatched.
Send despatch notifications — When an order is despatched in StoreFeeder, this marks the order as despatched on the channel.
Stock management options
Listing inventory updates — Pushes the inventory levels set in StoreFeeder to your channel listings.
Update listing prices — Pushes the prices set in StoreFeeder to your channel listings.
Automatic listings download — Downloads any new listings created on the channel into StoreFeeder.
