Get email notifications for low stock volumes

Overview

This article explains how to set up email notifications in StoreFeeder for when products go out of stock or fall below a stock threshold you define.

Setting the out-of-stock threshold

For simple listings:

1. Open the listing and go to the General page.
2. Find the Out of Stock Threshold field and enter your desired value.

For variant listings:

1. Open the listing and go to the Variants page.
2. Find the specific variant and select the cog icon on the right-hand side.

1. Set the out-of-stock threshold for that variant.

Configuring supplier email alerts

1. Go to Products > Suppliers and select Edit/View Supplier for the relevant supplier.

1. Enter the email addresses you want alerts sent to in the Comma Delimited Email Addresses to Send To field.

You can also configure these additional options:

• Minimum order value
• Send email when product below reorder level
• Send email when product below out of stock threshold
• Include products equal to reorder level
• Exclude out of stock products with zero manual reorder level

Once configured, you receive email alerts whenever stock falls below the limits you have set.
