Importing and Exporting GPSR information

Overview

This article explains how to import and export General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) data using the Product Import/Export feature in StoreFeeder.

Before you begin

You cannot create new Responsible People using the product import. To add Responsible People, see the Adding Responsible People (GPSR) article.

Importing GPSR fields

1. Go to Product Import/Export > Import (Update Existing).
2. Map the fields from the Regulatory Information tab as needed.
3. To link existing Responsible People to products in bulk, map the Responsible Person - Reference column.

Importing GPSR documents in bulk

Use the Import (GPSR Documents) tab to upload documents in bulk. Prepare a spreadsheet or CSV with the following columns:

• SKU — the product SKU to attach the document to
• URL — an accessible URL for the document you want to upload
• Document Type — must be one of the accepted types: Application Guide, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Compliance, Compatibility Guide, Emergency Use Authorization, Emergency Use Authorization Amendment, Installation Manual, Instructions for Use, Patient Fact Sheet, Provider Fact Sheet, Safety Data Sheet, Safety Information, Specification Sheet, Troubleshooting Guide, User Guide, User Manual, Warranty, Certificate of Conformity, Declaration of Conformity, or Other Safety Documents
• Document Name — a clear name for the document
• Document Description — an optional description of the document contents
• Document Languages — a list of languages the document is available in
