Work with Listings
Overview
This article introduces how to work with listings in StoreFeeder across different sales channels.
What is a listing?
A listing is the customer-facing page on a sales channel through which you sell a product. A single product in StoreFeeder can have multiple listings across different channels (for example, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify).
Working with listings
From the Listings section in StoreFeeder you can:
- View all listings downloaded from your connected channels
- Map listings to products so that inventory and prices stay in sync
- Create new listings and push them to a channel
- Update listing information in bulk using the listing import/export tool
- Monitor listing statuses to identify any that need attention
Creating a new listing
You can create listings in StoreFeeder and push them to a channel. The process varies by channel — refer to the relevant channel integration guide for instructions.
Updating a listing
Once a listing is mapped to a product, StoreFeeder controls the inventory and price on that listing. Any updates made to the product in StoreFeeder are automatically pushed to the listing.
Updating a listing from a product sync
When a product is updated in StoreFeeder, all mapped listings are updated on their respective channels during the next sync cycle.
